A branded residence is a normal freehold home with a second signature on it: a fashion house, a jeweller, a hotel group or a football club specifies the interiors, the amenity decks or the operation. It usually costs more per square foot than the equivalent unbranded unit, and it tends to be easier to let and easier to resell. Below is every collaboration the developer names, what the brand actually did, and which projects Wincasa can sell you under each.

Cavalli

Italian fashion, built in Dubai

Roberto Cavalli was founded in 1970 by the Italian designer of the same name and became one of Italy's better-known luxury fashion, accessories and lifestyle houses, recognised for its animal and exotic prints and for pioneering the sand-blasted finish on denim.

DAMAC Properties signed a real-estate and fashion partnership with the house in 2018. The developer states that Cavalli has been part of the DAMAC Group since 2019 and is now wholly owned by it. On the ground that shows up as interiors, lobbies and amenity decks specified by the fashion house across a set of Dubai towers and one villa estate at DAMAC Hills.

de GRISOGONO

A jewellery house, translated into architecture

de GRISOGONO was founded in Geneva in 1993 by Fawaz Gruosi, a specialist in black diamonds, and spent its first three decades as a Swiss high-jewellery house known for setting unusual natural stones. It is now owned by DAMAC.

The collaboration puts the jewellery house's language — faceted forms, stone-inspired palettes and heavily specified lobbies — into a run of Dubai towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, in Business Bay and at Dubai Maritime City. It is the developer's largest branded programme by number of projects.

Chelsea FC

A football club's first residences

Chelsea Football Club plays in the Premier League and is one of the most widely followed clubs in the world. Its partnership with DAMAC Properties brings the club's identity to Dubai for the first time in a residential building.

The developer describes the result as the world's first football-branded residences: club design cues through the building, athlete-grade performance and recovery facilities, a football simulation room and a Chelsea spa. It is a single project at Dubai Maritime City.

The Trump Organization

Golf at the centre of the master plan

The Trump Organization holds a global portfolio of residential and commercial property, resorts, estates, vineyards and championship golf courses.

In Dubai the collaboration is built around Trump International Golf Club Dubai, the 18-hole course at the heart of DAMAC Hills. The villa collections that front the fairways carry the name; Belair at The Trump Estates sits inside the same estate and shares its access to the club.

Paramount Hotels & Resorts

A century of studio craft

Paramount Hotels & Resorts is the hospitality arm built on more than a hundred years of film-studio history, and designs its properties around a stated idea of theatrical, culture-led interiors.

With DAMAC Properties the brand covers a Business Bay tower cluster and a villa collection at DAMAC Hills. Wincasa markets the residences in these projects; the hotel operation itself is not ours to sell.

Versace Home

Interiors signed by a fashion house

Versace Home is the interiors line of the Italian fashion house, applied to furniture, surfaces and finishes rather than to architecture.

The developer names Versace Home on one project only — DAMAC Tower Nine Elms in Battersea, London — where the brand specifies the residential interiors. There is no Versace Home project in the Dubai portfolio.

Mandarin Oriental

Six decades of hotel keeping

Mandarin Oriental opened its first property in Hong Kong in 1963 and now runs around 40 hotels, 12 residences and 23 exclusive homes across 26 countries and territories, with interiors that draw on its Asian heritage and on each property's own city.

The developer lists Mandarin Oriental among its collaborations, but no project currently released carries the mark.

Rotana

Regional hospitality management

Rotana is one of the largest hotel-management companies in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Türkiye. It opened with two properties in 1993 and states a portfolio of more than 100 hotels, with around 100 projected to be operating by the end of 2025.

With DAMAC Properties the name sits on Hotel Edge by Rotana inside DAMAC Hills 2, where Rotana is the operator rather than the designer. Wincasa can advise on the residential stock in that community; the hotel itself is not sold as a home.

Radisson

Scandinavian hotel design

Radisson operates in more than 95 countries under ten brands and over 1,100 hotels, including 81 in the Middle East and 16 in the UAE. Its stated design position is Scandinavian: functional, restrained, built around rest.

Radisson Hotel Dubai DAMAC Hills sits inside the DAMAC Hills master plan and is one reason the community reads as finished rather than under construction. Wincasa markets the residential projects around it.

Vincent Faudemer

Sculpture in the communities

Vincent Faudemer is a French contemporary artist best known for his Babolex sculpture series.

DAMAC Properties commissions pieces from the series and installs them in the public spaces of its communities. It is an art commission rather than a branded-residence programme, so there is no project attached to it.
