Rubies, fog and altitude
Safa Two stands on Sheikh Zayed Road at the edge of Business Bay, facing Safa One across the highway, and it is the tower DAMAC Properties has branded with the jeweller de GRISOGONO. The design theme is the ruby, carried from the elevation into the level the developer calls the ruby heart, where the infinity pool and its sand-edged shore sit. The apartments run from studios to three bedrooms, with penthouses above, and DAMAC describes the layouts as modifiable rather than fixed.
The amenity floors are where this tower differs from its neighbours. DAMAC's list includes a fog forest, which it presents as the first in Dubai and the highest anywhere, planted and misted, and set high above street level. Alongside it are a glass slide, an edge walk around the outside of the building, and cafes and restaurants on the shared floors. Whether those features matter to a buyer depends on the plan; for a resident they are amenities, and for a short-let owner they are the reason a guest chooses this tower over another on the same road.
DAMAC publishes a 10/90 payment plan for Safa Two and gives June 2027 as the delivery date, while the starting price is shown as available on request. Wincasa Properties asks the developer for the live price and the dated instalment schedule instead of quoting an estimate. The enquiry and reservation are handled by Wincasa, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules. No money is paid to the broker at any stage.
