Green above the road
Safa One is two towers rather than one, put up by DAMAC Properties on the Safa Park edge of Sheikh Zayed Road and drawn by Killa Design, the practice the developer credits with the architecture. The developer has branded the project with de GRISOGONO, and the homes inside cover a wide span: one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes at two, three and four bedrooms, and five-bedroom penthouses at the top. DAMAC's own price band runs from AED 3,233,000 to AED 25,892,000, which is the range you would expect from a building holding both a compact flat and a penthouse.
The amenity deck is where the towers make their argument. DAMAC lists a tropical rainforest planted high in the structure, an infinity beach where sand meets water in the middle of the city, a clubhouse, a gym and spa, a signature restaurant and a splash pool. Safa Park itself runs along the edge of the site, so the green is not only the developer's own. Buyers should read all of this as the stated specification for a building still under construction, and ask to see what is finished on site before committing.
On timing, the project panel gives a Q4 2026 handover and the delivery date recorded against the towers reads December 2026, while several individual unit listings on the developer's site carry a date in mid-2028, so Wincasa asks DAMAC to confirm the date attached to the specific apartment. Drive times published by the developer put Dubai International Airport at 14 minutes, City Walk and Box Park at 5, Dubai Mall at 7, and Al Maktoum International at 35 once it is fully running. The purchase itself is straightforward: the enquiry comes to Wincasa Properties, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules rather than to the broker.
