Opal light over the canal
Altitude stands on the Business Bay side of the Dubai Canal, a short drive from Downtown and the Sheikh Zayed Road corridor. DAMAC Properties has put the apartment interiors in the hands of de GRISOGONO, and the brief the developer describes takes its cue from an opal: soft neutral surfaces set against darker, heavier textures that shift as the light moves. The homes DAMAC lists here are one- and two-bedroom apartments, and the upper floors look straight down the water. Wincasa Properties reserves units in the building as an authorised sales partner of the developer.
The amenity level DAMAC describes is built around a pool, with sun beds alongside it, shaded pods set aside for stargazing after dark, and a spa. At the base of the tower a promenade runs along the water, lined with restaurants and shops. The developer's own drive times place The Dubai Mall, City Walk and Box Park at about five minutes, Oasis Mall at ten, Mall of the Emirates at fifteen and Dubai International Airport at twenty. Emirates Hospital and the Mediclinic branch at The Dubai Mall are each listed at five minutes.
DAMAC publishes a 60/40 payment plan on this tower and a Q1 2028 handover, with the developer's unit records giving a delivery date at the end of March that year. The developer's current list runs from AED 2.754 million to AED 10.233 million, and DAMAC flags the project as eligible for the Golden Visa. Wincasa holds units at those published prices, prepares the reservation and walks buyers through the developer's paperwork rather than through a version of it.
