Fourteen layouts, fifty homes
Autograph Collection sits inside DAMAC Hills, the golf district DAMAC Properties laid out around the Trump International Golf Club Dubai. The developer has put fifty villas on the market here in fourteen floor-plan types, ranging from four bedrooms up to seven, which makes it one of the smaller releases in the area. A buyer is choosing a typology rather than a plot number in a large phase, so the shortlist narrows quickly once a type sells through. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of DAMAC, holds the current availability list and can say which types are still open.
DAMAC does not advertise a starting price for these villas, so figures are quoted on request rather than printed on the page. What the developer does publish is the payment structure: a 70/30 split running across five years, carrying an asterisk on DAMAC's own page that points to conditions Wincasa will set out in writing before you reserve. The developer's stated handover is Q2 2027. Because both the price and the date are DAMAC's, Wincasa checks them against the reservation paperwork for the specific villa rather than repeating a headline figure.
Buying starts with an enquiry to Wincasa; the sale and purchase agreement that follows is signed with DAMAC Properties. Instalments go into the project's escrow account, held under Dubai Land Department rules, and nothing is paid to the broker. Once handed over, residents use what DAMAC built across the wider district: the golf course and its clubhouse, the stables, the Malibu Bay wave pool, and parkland measuring close to four million square feet, along with Jebel Ali School and the community mall inside the gates.
