A finished Business Bay tower
Avanti sits in Business Bay, a short drive from the Burj Khalifa district and the shops around Dubai Mall. The developer describes a 15-storey building whose apartments are handed over furnished, with fitted kitchens and balconies, in four sizes from studio up to three bedrooms. DAMAC Properties recorded handover in 2018, so this is a finished address rather than a launch. What a buyer can actually purchase depends on resale listings and on whatever stock the developer still holds, and Wincasa Properties tracks both.
Business Bay puts buyers in the middle of Dubai without being inside Downtown itself. The water canal, Safa Park and City Walk are all close, the financial district is a short run north, and the developer's own page puts Dubai International Airport at roughly 26 minutes by road. Furnished units in this pocket are bought for letting as often as for living in, so rental performance and service charges matter more than launch incentives. Wincasa can pull current asking prices and comparable rents for the building before a viewing is arranged.
DAMAC publishes no starting price for Avanti, so figures are quoted on request through Wincasa Properties. Wincasa takes the enquiry as an authorised sales partner of the developer. Where a unit comes from DAMAC, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties and the money is paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules, never to the broker. Wincasa is paid by the developer, so the figure a buyer sees is the developer's own.
