DAMAC Islands 2 is the second island-themed community DAMAC Properties has laid out in Dubailand, and the developer measures it at 20 million square feet. Eight tropical island escapes give the community its themes, listed here alphabetically: Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Tahiti. Across them the developer sorts its amenities into five eco-living pillars: nature, wellness, adventure, then the social and the cultural. The homes are villas, twin villas and townhouses. DAMAC's published answer describes six-bedroom villas with a maid's room, villas of four and five bedrooms, and five-bedroom townhouses with a maid's room, from a starting price of AED 2,990,000.

The amenity list is longer than most and leans towards planting and quiet rather than water slides: a lake with an eco park, a waterfall with dining beside it and a yoga deck, a botanic garden with butterflies and tropical birds, a wellness quarter with a spa and herb gardens, canopy walks and a treehouse park, eco lodges with farm-to-table dining, a study garden set among sculpture, a wild park with an observation deck, and a solar-powered link park for e-scooters. On the developer's drive times, Al Maktoum International Airport sits 23 minutes away by road and Dubai International 40. South View School Dubai is 18 minutes and GEMS Winchester School Dubai 24. Health Connect Clinic is 23 minutes, Dubai London Clinic at The Villa 24 and HealthHub Clinic in Silicon Oasis 25. The Ranches Souk covers daily shopping, with Village Community Mall at 10 minutes.

Wincasa Properties sells here as an authorised sales partner of DAMAC Properties. The enquiry comes to Wincasa; the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties as developer, and instalments go into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules rather than through the broker. Wincasa quotes the developer's price and adds no premium of its own, so buying here through the agency costs what buying direct would cost. DAMAC's unit records give handovers during 2030, and because releases are staged the available layouts and terms change from one phase to the next, so Wincasa confirms the live price, plot and payment schedule in writing before anything is reserved.
