Built and handed over
Tower C is the part of the AYKON City scheme that DAMAC Properties has already finished. The developer records handover in November 2023 and describes the building as complete and ready to occupy, which changes what a buyer is actually deciding: there is no construction programme still to run and no milestone payments tied to a builder's progress. Apartments run from studios through one, two and three-bedroom layouts, and DAMAC states that they are delivered with high-end furnishings and fully equipped kitchens. Views take in the road, the canal and the bridge that crosses it.
The address is Sheikh Zayed Road at the Safa Park junction, with Business Bay on one flank and the creek on the other. DAMAC puts Dubai International Airport at roughly 21 minutes by car, and the same corridor carries you to DIFC, the Burj area and the Business Bay offices without leaving the main road. The developer's own list of what sits nearby includes Safa Park, the Dubai World Trade Centre, Jumeirah Beach and Burj Khalifa. For a landlord, tenant demand here comes largely from people working along that stretch.
Because the tower is finished, most of what trades is resale, with any unsold developer units offered alongside it. DAMAC publishes no starting price for Tower C, so figures are quoted on request once Wincasa has checked the live list. On a purchase from the developer the route is fixed: the enquiry is handled by Wincasa Properties, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and money goes into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules. The broker never takes a payment from the buyer.
