Fifty-two storeys by the port
Harbour Lights goes up at Dubai Maritime City, the reclaimed peninsula between Port Rashid and the open water, a short run from Deira and the old creek on one side and the Burj district on the other. DAMAC has built the whole scheme around the sea: a nautical theme through the shared floors, cabin-inspired detailing in the rooms, and a tower of fifty-two storeys designed to face the water rather than the city behind it. The developer describes it as an off-plan project, so buyers are committing before completion.
The published mix is apartments at one, two and three bedrooms, each with a sea aspect and generous floor area by the developer's account. Two pools do most of the work in the amenity list: an infinity pool that runs out towards the horizon, and a floating pool set into the sea itself. The developer's stated handover is Q4 2027, and DAMAC shows a 20/80 payment split against the tower, with an asterisk on its own material. Wincasa confirms both the current programme date and the live instalment schedule in writing.
The setting is working waterfront rather than a resort strip. Near Port Rashid there are indoor padel courts, and charter yachts moor within the district for dinner cruises and private hire. DAMAC allows twenty minutes by road to Dubai International Airport and forty-six to Al Maktoum International Airport, with Mall of the Emirates around twenty-five and Emirates Hospital about seventeen. DAMAC's published starting price for the tower is AED 6,666,000, and Wincasa quotes the developer's live list for a specific floor and aspect. The enquiry is taken by Wincasa Properties as an authorised DAMAC sales partner, the sale and purchase agreement is executed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments go into the project escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules rather than to the broker.
