Premier Villas sits within DAMAC Hills 2, the developer's second and larger master community in Dubailand, built around water attractions, sports pitches and open leisure space rather than around a golf course. The houses are three-bedroom villas with clean-lined elevations and a private garden to each plot, and the developer positions them as family homes at the accessible end of the DAMAC villa range. What a buyer is really acquiring is a plot inside a fully planned community, with the shared facilities already delivered and running.
The community is the argument. DAMAC describes an eco-conscious master plan holding villas, townhouses and apartments, with a hotel operated as Edge by Rotana inside the boundary, a community centre, sports facilities and the water attractions the district is known for. Green space is designed in rather than left over, and because the scheme is complete the amenity map can be walked before a decision, which is rarely possible in Dubailand's newer launches.
On timing, the developer's own record puts handover in December 2020, so these are standing houses. Anything sold now comes either from remaining developer stock or from owners reselling, and Wincasa states which of the two applies before a buyer negotiates. DAMAC publishes no starting price for Premier Villas, so quotes are given on request. The developer puts Dubai International Airport at around 40 minutes via Dubai-Al Ain Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
