Two towers, two characters
DAMAC Towers Riyadh occupies a two-tower complex on King Fahd Road, the spine that runs through the Saudi capital's commercial core. The developer finished the scheme in 2018 and gave the two buildings deliberately different interiors: Tower A uses Italian marble floors alongside Arabian gilt work and mashrabiya screens, while Tower B is drawn in a lighter, western register with wide lounges. Between them the complex holds furnished apartments, suites and penthouses, finished to the hotel standard the developer describes.
Shared facilities run to a temperature-controlled pool, a jacuzzi, a spa and a gym, set inside the buildings rather than in a separate podium. King Fahd Road places owners among the malls, offices and restaurants of central Riyadh, and DAMAC gives King Khalid International Airport as a 25 to 30-minute drive depending on traffic, taken via King Fahd Road and King Salman Road. The complex has been occupied for years, so a buyer is assessing a working building with a service history rather than a drawing.
This is a completed Saudi project and the developer publishes no starting price for it. Wincasa Properties can ask DAMAC what remains on the developer's books, and will quote in writing. Enquiries run through Wincasa as an authorised sales partner; where a unit is bought from the developer the contract is signed with DAMAC Properties and funds go to the project account DAMAC nominates under the escrow rules that apply in Saudi Arabia. Nothing is paid to the brokerage, whose fee comes from the developer.
