The stated handover quarter is the fourth of 2026, and that is DAMAC's own date rather than an estimate from the brokerage. No starting price has been published for the cluster, so the figure is confirmed with the developer before a unit is held.
The pull of DAMAC Hills 2 is what surrounds the houses. The developer counts more than 30 attractions in the community, including the wave pool it calls Malibu Beach, a lazy river, sports arenas and open spaces built for families. Wincasa handles the enquiry and the reservation as an authorised sales partner. The sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments go into the project's escrow account registered with the Dubai Land Department, never to the broker. The brokerage is paid by the developer, so the price is the developer's.
