Light, glass and green edges
Veneto is a completed collection of villas and townhouses inside DAMAC Hills, sitting between the golf course and the lakes that run through the district. DAMAC Properties handed it over in 2022. The design leans on straight lines, earthy materials and wide panes of glass, which is what gives the interiors their character: rooms that fill with daylight and take the green outlook straight through the wall. The developer describes the houses as delivered furnished, with interiors left bright and open enough for an owner to work with.
As a delivered cluster, Veneto trades as ready property. Availability comes from private owners reselling and from any homes the developer still holds, so there is no launch price and no construction payment schedule to quote against it. That suits buyers who want to see the actual house, check the service charge and know what neighbouring properties have let for. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of DAMAC, identifies which route a given home falls under and prepares the figures from recorded transactions rather than from an asking-price average.
The district around it carries the golf course and clubhouse, parkland with lakes and themed gardens, stables, a skate park, sports courts, a community mall, Jebel Ali School and a Radisson hotel behind the gates. Where DAMAC is the seller, the enquiry runs through Wincasa, the sale and purchase agreement is executed with DAMAC Properties, and payments are made into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules and never to the broker. A private resale is registered at the Dubai Land Department in the standard way, with Wincasa handling the process.
