Kiara is an apartment building inside DAMAC Hills, the golf community DAMAC Properties developed in Dubailand. The developer's stated handover was 2021, so the building is complete and lived in. Its distinguishing feature is that DAMAC delivered the apartments furnished: fittings, joinery and loose furniture were chosen and installed before handover, and buyers who want a home or a letting unit that works from the first day tend to look here early. The published layouts run from studios up to three bedrooms.
Plans were drawn to keep usable floor area high and to point the main rooms at the golf course, which is the outlook most of the building shares. Being finished changes what a buyer is assessing: finish quality can be inspected rather than imagined, the service charge is a known number, and a tenancy can start immediately after transfer. What comes to market is mostly resale stock; where DAMAC still holds units, the purchase is a direct contract with the developer instead.
DAMAC Hills is one of the developer's older and better-filled communities, with parkland, retail, restaurants and the golf club inside it rather than a drive away.
