Water down the facade
Golf Gate sits inside DAMAC Hills, facing the greens of the golf course that gives the district its name. The developer keeps the mix tight: one and two-bedroom apartments, finished in a contemporary palette, with no studios and nothing larger. The signature the developer returns to is water. A cascade runs down the face of the building, and three pools are set across the podium level, which is generous for a scheme of this size and gives residents a choice of pool rather than a single crowded deck.
DAMAC also lists a rainfall shower among the podium features, and the apartments themselves are sold as compact, well-lit homes with sharp finishes rather than as anything ornate. Their real advantage is the district: the developer describes DAMAC Hills as an established, self-contained community with the golf club, lakes, planted gardens, stables, tennis courts, a football field and a skate park already in place, plus Jebel Ali School inside the boundary. On its own page DAMAC still writes about the community mall as something to come, so it is quoted here that way rather than as an open shop.
On status, the developer's page is contradictory and it is worth naming that plainly. DAMAC's FAQ still describes Golf Gate as off-plan, while its own handover record for the building reads December 2024. Wincasa therefore confirms the completion and handover position with the developer in writing before a reservation, and quotes prices on request, since DAMAC publishes no starting figure for the building and availability alternates between developer stock and owner resales.
