Furnished and finished
DAMAC Majestine stands on Marasi Drive in Business Bay, and the developer describes outlooks over the Dubai Canal and across the Business Bay skyline. The developer completed it in 2018 and sells it as a furnished, hotel-serviced address rather than a bare shell: apartments arrive with furniture, a fitted kitchen and finished bathrooms, decorated in the royal blue and pale gold scheme DAMAC describes on its own page. The mix covers studios and one, two and three-bedroom homes, at published prices running from AED 909,000 to AED 2,515,000.
Business Bay is a working district of offices, hotels and canal-side walkways, and the appeal of a building like this is that keys can be handed to a tenant on the day the transfer completes. The tower's own facilities are deliberately compact - a gym, a temperature-controlled pool and a steam room with sauna - which is normal for a serviced building of this size. The developer puts Dubai International Airport at roughly 21 minutes by road, with Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road both close by.
DAMAC does not publish a payment plan for Majestine; the building is complete, so terms depend on what is available and are quoted on request through Wincasa Properties. Wincasa takes the enquiry as an authorised sales partner of the developer. Where the unit comes from DAMAC, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties and money is paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules, never to the broker. Resale purchases transfer at the Land Department in the usual way.
