Burj DAMAC Seaviews is in Lusail, the planned waterfront city on the northern edge of Doha, and it is a finished building rather than a launch. DAMAC Properties records handover in October 2022, some five years after the project first went to market. The developer's own listing describes the homes as furnished apartments with sea views, within reach of the beach. Because the tower is complete and occupied, what reaches the market now is resale stock from private owners or whatever units the developer still holds.
DAMAC publishes very little else about the building. There is no current price list, no payment plan, no floor-plan schedule and no amenity list on the project page, and the developer's page carries a description block that belongs to a different project altogether. Wincasa treats that as a research job rather than a gap to fill with guesswork, so nothing on this page is an estimate. Buyers who ask are given what DAMAC confirms in writing at the time, together with whatever comparable evidence the Lusail resale market provides.
