Trees, paths and finished villas
Green Acres is a completed villa cluster inside DAMAC Hills, the golf district DAMAC Properties developed in Dubailand. The developer records handover in 2023, so these are standing houses with mature landscaping around them rather than plots waiting on a construction programme. The setting is the selling point: tall planting, walking paths and water features run between the homes, and the fairways of the Trump International Golf Club Dubai sit close by. DAMAC's own listing gives three and four-bedroom villa layouts here.
Since the cluster is delivered, buying works differently from an off-plan release. What comes to market is resale stock from private owners, plus any villas the developer still holds, and neither route carries a published launch price. A number only becomes meaningful once it is attached to a specific plot, its orientation and the condition it is in. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of DAMAC, identifies which of the two routes applies to a given villa, since the contract, the timeline and the costs differ between a developer sale and a private transfer.
Living here means using DAMAC Hills as a whole: the golf course and clubhouse, the parkland threaded through the district, the community mall, Jebel Ali School and a Radisson hotel within the gates. Where DAMAC is the seller, the enquiry comes to Wincasa, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules, with nothing paid to the broker. A resale is registered at the Dubai Land Department between the buyer and the current owner.
